We are currently recruiting several profiles as part of the development of our IT Services France subsidiary.

We are currently looking for Experienced ServiceNow Developer (H/F) to work on assignments for our end customers.

Mission

Duties and responsibilities

Your mission is to be at the heart of business issues and to experience exciting missions, where innovation and operational excellence are constantly put at the service of our clients, thus balancing the value proposition to our clients and your own projection.

As an Experienced ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for helping our customers implement their ServiceNow platform.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Mastering the 360° vision of the solution's architecture
• Defining the solution for our customers
• Participate in the implementation of the solution
• Ensuring the application of quality standards throughout the scope and ensuring the integrity of the platform
• Ensuring deliveries
• Supporting and training new developers

Profile

Qualities required to succeed in this role

• You have at least 4 years experience on projects using ServiceNow (TMA, migration, data recovery)
• You have a very good knowledge of ServiceNow modules (this position is open to any type of expertise on ServiceNow: ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, ESM...)
• You have ServiceNow certifications
• You are familiar with ITIL practices
• You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken, in order to be able to work on projects with an international dimension.
• You are rigorous, motivated and a team player.
• You have a sense of customer service.
