The Serverless Database team is building a high-performance NoSQL key-value store integrated into our client's ecosystem.


As a Technical Lead Serverless Database and reporting to the Engineering Manager you will have several responsibilities including
  • Lead your teammates to produce a high quality, high impact product
  • Supervise your teammates to develop, operate and optimise the product.
  • Have a key role in the design of the technical stack and management of the product backlog.
  • Making the right architectural choices for the product
  • Identify the most suitable technologies to fill the order book.
  • Define the right quality standards for each stage of the product life cycle.
  • Coach your teammates to help them improve their skills.
  • Work with the engineering manager to translate product requirements into an order book.


Profile required :

How do you know if this job is for you?

You are a Technical Lead Serverless Database with at least 5 years of significant experience. You have good experience with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD, containers), good knowledge of NoSQL products( DynamoDB, CosmosDB, Cassandra), a mastery of team tools: GitHub/GitLab, Jira, Slack, etc., an excellent knowledge of microservices and cloud models. Experience in an agile environment, familiarity with quality improvement tools (end-to-end unit testing) and in-depth knowledge of system and network administration.
