Our client, a recognised leader in the Salesforce ecosystem and one of the top 3 French integrators, is looking for several Tech Lead Salesforce H/F.

Mission

• Develop and pilot Salesforce-based solutions according to best practices (Apex, LWC, Aura, Flow, APIs, Webservices...)
• Drive the planning of Sprints and the estimates of the various US
• To be responsible and guarantee the quality of developments
• Ensure compliance with good development practices
• Decide and contribute to the implementation of technical solutions with the architects
• Guide and lead development teams
• Driving technical and functional workshops
• Ensure deployments, deliveries and compliance with DevOps best practices
• Plan code review sessions and quality analysis of the solution

Profile

You have more than 3 years of successful experience on Salesforce within project teams or TMA/TME, a full cycle experience will be a plus. You are fluent in French and English and are willing to work on projects with an international scope.
