We are looking for a Genesys Cloud Engineer

Mission

Requirements:

- Engineer j. with accredited technical training.

- Previous experience in Genesys Cloud support management.

- Knowledge of SQL.

Functions:

- Basic configuration of the Tenant, such as creation of users, skills, workgroups, etc.

- End-user support (softphone problems, access to reports, recordings, templates, etc.).

- Support/configuration of dashboards and real-time services.

- Customisation of scripts.

- Architect flow changes.

- Creation of new outbound dialling campaigns.

- Configuration changes in campaigns.

- Support for reporting and information extraction.
