We are looking for technical consultants to participate in our ServiceNow integration projects at our customers' sites. You will be working in a fast moving field across all markets.

The Technical Consultant participates in the digitisation of our clients through the technical integration of applications and modules (processes, portals, interfaces, new applications, indicators...) ServiceNow within

Mission

Your main tasks will be as follows:
  • Set up the ServiceNow solution to meet our customers' challenges
  • Participate in the analysis and optimisation of customer processes, in support of senior consultants/architects
  • Participating in workshops/meetings with clients, collecting and formalising functional requirements and their specifications/Stories, feasibility analyses and technical and functional recommendations,
  • Participate in Sprint planning and Sprint reviews, technical set-up and development, technical and functional testing, release
Travel to client sites is expected as part of our various projects.

Profile

  • Higher education such as engineering school or equivalent university degree
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
  • You have significant experience in the integration of ITSM solutions and an appetite for the ServiceNow solution
  • You have experience in IT service management processes and are ITIL Foundation certified.


You have the following experience:
  • Minimum 4 years experience in ITSM or 1 year experience in Service Now
  • Participation in customer requirements gathering and technical design workshops
  • Configuration and development of ITSM solutions
  • Significant experience using JavaScript and/or angular.js
  • Writing of technical documentation, user stories
Qualities required :
  • Customer service skills: listening and dialogue skills
  • Good writing and synthesis skills
  • A strong sense of initiative and an appetite for technology watch
  • Ability to work in a team and to support integration teams
  • Ability to handle several projects in parallel
  • Autonomy and pragmatism
