Anywr is looking for SAP PP QM Consultants (F/H) for its American client, an expert in IT services and consulting in various cities in France (Lyon, Paris,...).

Mission

Vos missions:

• Leading and knowing the transition from SAP PP QM or a large SAP system from the existing supplier.
• Document the knowledge gained and share the knowledge of the application with larger teams.
• Lead, build and mentor an offshore delivery team with varying levels of skills and experience - as required.
• SME level contribution in the area of SAP PP quality management, including but not limited to SLA ticket resolution. 5.
• Proactively identify and implement opportunities for improvement (implemented improvements will be a key performance indicator).
• Provide expertise to the team: Incidents / Service and upgrade requests / Problem management and minor improvements according to business needs.
• Work in collaboration with teams located in another geographical area and meet the needs of the project.
• Follow the AMS/AVM processes and ensure that the whole team adheres to them.
• Respect the SLAs and ensure that the team respects them.
• Prepare/present status reports as required
• Participate and lead the weekly operational meeting (WOM) calls with the company's stakeholders for the respective module.

Profile

You have at least 3 years experience on SAP PP QM, within project teams or TMA/TME and work daily with offshore teams. Experience in a complete cycle from design to deployment in ECC will be a plus.

• Knowledge of any other SAP functional area - logistics will be an added advantage
• At least 2 years experience working in an onsite-offshore model.
• Willingness to work in L2, L3 roles.
• At least 2 years experience in leading 6+ size delivery teams.
• Previous experience in AMS is desirable
• Good communication in business English
• Strong communication skills
• Expertise in production planning is required with demand management, batch management, production types, shop floor execution, material quantity calculation, material requirements planning, order management, shop floor printing, classification, order settlement.
• Expertise in quality management is required for inspection batches, notifications, batch record review, certificates of analysis (CoA), certificates of compliance (CoC), stability studies, batch traceability, registration of results, use decisions. Knowledge of interfaces with LIMS and track wise is mandatory.
