Anywr is currently looking for a Data Engineer - Netherlands (M/F) for our project.

Mission

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure and ensuring data accuracy, security, and availability.

The ideal candidate should have the following competencies:

• Strong expertise in database design and administration, with experience in both SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
• Proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools such as Apache NiFi, Talend, or Informatica.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and their respective data services (e.g. S3, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Strong coding skills in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices.
• As a Data Engineer, you will work closely with our data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to ensure seamless data integration, processing, and analysis. You will also play a crucial role in the development of our data strategy and roadmap.

Profile

• A Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
