In this context of development, Anywr is looking for Scrum Master (M/F) in Morocco (Casablanca).

Mission

• Organise the Agile ceremonies by planning the different instances of the sprint;
• To follow the Scrum method by involving each team member as much as possible;
• Training of the various stakeholders on the best practices of the Scrum method;
• Communicate the vision and objectives to the team;
• Train the Product Owner to write the elements of the project backlog;
• Organise and lead Scrum rituals by putting in place the necessary supports for their successful completion;
• Identify and monitor key performance indicators for the team/project;
• Managing the development team;
• Accompany new team members to facilitate their integration;
• Assist in the adoption of the agile method at company level;
• Work with other facilitators to coordinate multiple teams/projects, as appropriate.

Profile

• Degree in computer science (Bac+5) ;
• 2 to 5 years experience in the same function
• Scrum certification is a plus;
• Experience in development is a plus
